A CSR approach at the heart of logistics performance

At SUFILOG, CSR is an integral part of our business. Our daily commitment is to design high-performance logistics solutions by integrating the social, environmental and ethical challenges of the sector from the start. Working alongside our clients, we design products tailored to the specific challenges of sectors like Industry, Wholesale, Agrifood, Viniculture & Brewery, Recycling, Storage, Lean Manufacturing and Retail.
Our CRS approach is based on an operational and collaborative vision: it is developed in partnership with stakeholders across the supply chain, focusing on shared core issues (occupational health and safety, human capital development, and energy management) and key operational challenges such as workplace well-being and waste management.
This strategy is part of a continuous improvement process and has a clear goal: to provide our customers with long-term support in achieving more responsible, efficient, and secure logistics.

Sustainable and responsible logistics solutions
Designed for heavy-duty use, our trolleys, stillage cages, and logistics equipment are sturdy, reliable, and durable, ensuring long-lasting performance for daily use.
Our manufacturing standards, particularly our use of 100% recyclable steel, help to minimise the need to replace equipment, preserve natural resources and reduce waste in the long term.
Our reusable and repairable products encourage reuse and are fully in line with the principles of the circular economy.
Right from the design phase, our Drawing Office integrates the principles of Reverse logistics to optimise the volumes transported and manage the end-of-life of equipment. The use of modelling and prototyping via 3D printing also allows us to limit full-scale production, reducing the environmental impact of the development phases.
Our SUFILOG solutions cover all operations relating to the physical flow of goods: transport, storage, warehousing, handling and packaging.
By simplifying operations and optimising processes, our equipment helps to create a more efficient logistics system that generates financial savings, while reducing the environmental impact associated with logistics flows.
Health, safety and ergonomics are embedded early in the design process by CEMS, our Drawing office, to meet the actual constraints faced by operators and meet the requirements of industrial and logistics environments.
Our products make a tangible contribution to improve working conditions of our customers: reduction of physical effort to minimise the risk of accidents and musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), increase of operator’s comfort and efficiency in the workplace.
People remain at the heart of our vision of logistics performance.

ECOVADIS
This award, which places our Group among the highest-rated organisations, marks the culmination of a journey that began with a bronze medal in 2023 and continued with a silver medal in 2024. It demonstrates the growing maturity of our social, environmental and ethical practices. Today, we are proud to announce that these efforts have been rewarded with the EcoVadis Gold Medal.
This medal confirms the strength of our CSR strategy and reinforces our commitment to act even more responsibly to address the sustainability challenges we all face.
CARBON FOOTPRINT
In the interests of responsibility and transparency, the Group has produced its 2023 carbon footprint report, which serves as a key tool for managing its environmental performance.
This assessment allows the identification of the main sources of emissions and the development of targeted action plans, in line with the activities of the Group and SUFILOG.
By 2030, the YTHALES INVEST Group is committed to a path of progress aimed at:
- Reducing the carbon footprint of its operations
- Optimising logistics flows
- Offering increasingly sustainable solutions to its customers
This approach reflects a clear ambition: to make logistics a driver of sustainable and responsible performance.
